How do I access the court ?

Each club has its own access procedures.


Access to the facility can be through the clubhouse, using a badge or key retrieved from a box, or via a lock with a code.


If an access code is required, it is available directly in the app:


➡️ Go to Profile → Matches, select the relevant match, then scroll down to the Access Code section.


The code becomes available 15 minutes before your booking starts and remains valid until 15 minutes after it ends, to prevent misuse.


An email with the access code is also sent to you before your booking begins.


⚠️ If access is via a badge in a box, it is imperative to return it after use, otherwise you may be excluded from the club. ⚠️

🔐 Digital box




For this type of box, enter the code from the app, then confirm by pressing the open padlock (🔓) to open the box.


Inside, you will find the access card that allows entry to the court.


⚠️ Note: The code is valid until 15 minutes after the end of your booking.


The access card must be returned to the box within this time, or you may be excluded from the club.


🔑 Connected lock



You will receive a temporary code in the app, valid 15 minutes before your booking starts.


Simply enter this code directly on the connected lock to access the court.


🧰 Mechanical box


The box code will be provided 15 minutes before your booking starts.


Enter the code, open the box, and take the access card to enter the court.


⚠️ At the end of your booking, be sure to return the access card to the box, or you risk exclusion from the club.
