# How do I cancel a booking ?

### 🕓 What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the club: some bookings can be cancelled up to 2, 24, or 48 hours before the match. Other, stricter clubs do not allow any cancellations.

**These conditions are always displayed in the app before you complete your booking.**

|| If you cancel within the allowed time frame and the club accepts cancellations, you will be automatically refunded in full to your bank account within 5 to 10 days. || If you miss the deadline, cancellation will not be possible and no refund will be issued.

Important: Cancellation conditions are set by the clubs.

Last-minute cancellations often cause significant losses for clubs, as courts cannot always be rebooked in time.

If you need to cancel, do it **as early as possible.**

### ❌ How to cancel a booking?

###### 📱 On the app:

* Open the app and go to the “Profile” tab.
* Select “Matches”, then the booking you want to cancel.
* Scroll down and click “Cancel Match” at the bottom of the page.

###### 💻 On the website:

* Go to “My Account” → “My Bookings”, then select the relevant booking.
* Scroll down and click “Leave Match”.
