I want to get a refund, how can I do it ?

Don’t worry, here’s what to do 👇


🕐 Cancellation before the scheduled play time


To cancel a booking, you must respect the cancellation deadline set by the club. Some clubs allow cancellations up to 2, 24, or 48 hours before the match, while others, more strict, do not allow any cancellations.


If you cancel within the allowed time frame, you will be refunded in full to your bank account within 5 to 10 days.


If the deadline has passed or the club does not allow cancellations, you will not be able to cancel and we will not be able to process a refund.


💡 Make sure to check the club’s conditions before booking. The cancellation deadline or restriction is always shown before you confirm your booking.


⏰ Cancellation after the scheduled play time


If you encountered a major issue during your booking (inaccessible court, technical problem, etc.), contact us directly via the Anybuddy chat.


You can find it in the app under “Profile” → “Menu” (top right of the page) → “Support”.

For refunds requested after the start of the game, processing may take up to 10 business days from the date of cancellation. If you have not yet received your refund, please wait for this period before contacting us again.
