# Why was my booking cancelled ?


Has your booking been *cancelled* and you’re not sure why?

There are several possible reasons:
* The time slot was booked by the club before your reservation was confirmed.
* The club contacted us to request the cancellation of your booking. This could be because the field is unavailable, the club is closed, there are ongoing works, or the weather is unsuitable for playing…
