Q: How to download the app and sign up ?

Want to book a court but don’t know how? Don’t worry, it’s very simple! 🎾 <h3 id="1downloadtheanybuddyapp">1️⃣ Download the Anybuddy app</h3> The app is available for free on Android or iOS (Apple). Go to the App Store or Google Play to download the app. Sign-up is quick and intuitive. <h3 id="2findacourtinseconds">2️⃣ Find a court in seconds</h3> Choose your favorite racket sport: Tennis, Padel, Badminton, Squash, Pickleball, or Table Tennis. Clubs are displayed from closest to farthest from your location. 💡 Tip: You can also search in another city! Select your sport, then enter the desired city. (If no clubs appear, it means there are none nearby yet.) If you have suggestions for clubs where you’d like to book via Anybuddy, feel free to email us at [support@anybuddyapp.com](). Use the distance filter, available via the “Filters” button at the top right, to refine your search. <h3 id="3bookandpaysecurely">3️⃣ Book and pay securely</h3> Choose your time slot, confirm, and you’re done! 💳 Payments are secure via our partner Stripe. Reservations open 5 days in advance, at the exact time of the relevant slot (for example: Monday at 4:00 PM for a session on Saturday at 4:00 PM). Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the match.

💳 Pricing

Purchase and rental of equipment is only possible at Pavillon Raynal (kiosk located 100m away, next to the “jeu de longue paume” court):

Purchase of Babolat ball tube: €10
Adult Babolat racket rental: €7
Children Babolat racket rental: €5

Hourly court rental: €18

Discounted hourly court rental is available. Discounted rate: €14 Applicable during off-peak hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. To benefit from this rate, you must meet the conditions below and send your proof to [support@anybuddyapp.com]() including your full name and the email used to register on Anybuddy. Once your proof is validated by Anybuddy, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to access the discounted rates directly on the app.

Eligible beneficiaries and required proof: Person with a disability

→ Photo of disability card or Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) RSA recipient → CAF certificate less than 3 months old

What are the cancellation conditions before the match ?

You booked a court but can’t make it?

Depending on the club’s rules, it may sometimes be possible to cancel a booking.

⚠️ Certain conditions must be respected so as not to penalize the club

Cancellation conditions vary by club: some bookings can be cancelled up to 2, 24, or 48 hours before the match. Other, stricter clubs do not allow any cancellations.

Last-minute cancellations often cause significant losses for clubs, as courts cannot always be rebooked in time.

If you need to cancel, do it as early as possible.

💰 Cancellations are not always refundable

|| If you cancel within the allowed time frame, you will be automatically refunded in full to your bank account within 5 to 10 days. || If you cannot cancel your booking via the app or website, it means that the club does not allow cancellations or you are past the deadline.

Example:

Tennis Club Buddy allows cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.

You booked a court at the club for 12:00 on 15/01.

Starting from 12:00 on 14/01, it will no longer be possible to cancel.

| The club’s cancellation conditions are always shown in the summary before confirming your booking.

Important: Cancellation conditions are set by the clubs.

If a booking is marked as “non-cancellable” or if your request is past the deadline, Anybuddy will unfortunately not be able to process a refund.

🚫 It is not possible to change the time of a booking

To avoid confusion with the clubs, we do not allow book

How do I cancel a booking ?

❌ How to cancel a booking?

📱 On the app:

Open the app and go to the “Profile” tab.
Select “Matches”, then the booking you want to cancel.
Scroll down and click “Cancel Match” at the bottom of the page.

💻 On the website:

Go to “My Account” → “My Bookings”, then select the relevant booking.
Scroll down and click “Leave Match”.

Discover Split Payment

What is Split Payment?

This feature allows each player to pay their share for a booking made on Anybuddy.

The organizer first pays the full amount, and then each participant reimburses their share directly through the Anybuddy app.

It can be used in two cases:

For a private match, by sharing the booking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or any other communication channel.
For a public match, when the organizer makes their match visible to the community after booking the court.

💸 Why and how to use Split Payment?

To play with new partners via public matches… or simply to stop chasing your friend who always forgets to pay you back 😏

1️⃣ Share the match link — with your usual partners or in a public group.

2️⃣ Players join the match and click “I pay my share.” 👉 For public matches, paying your share is required to join the game.

3️⃣ The amount paid by other players is automatically refunded to the organizer’s bank account within 5 to 10 days.

⚙️ Technical details

You must pay the full booking amount when creating the match.

You are then refunded for the parts paid by the other players.

|| Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 days after the booking starts.

If some players have not paid their share before the match, you will only be refunded for the shares that were actually paid, minus any unpaid amounts.

💡 Example:

The total match cost is €40 for 4 players, or €1

When can I make a booking ?

The time slots displayed in the app are updated in real time, allowing you to book with confidence.

When a time slot is visible in the app, it is available and ready to be booked immediately.

⏰ Time slot openings:

Slots open at different times depending on the club, but for most clubs, bookings open 5 days in advance.

We still recommend checking availability 48 hours before your session, as it can change quickly.

⚠️ Attention

|| It may happen that another player books at the same time as you. || In this case, the player who confirms and pays first will get the court, and the other player’s booking will be automatically canceled and refunded.
