How do I cancel a booking ?

🕓 What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the club: some bookings can be cancelled up to 2, 24, or 48 hours before the match. Other, stricter clubs do not allow any cancellations.

These conditions are always displayed in the app before you complete your booking.

If you cancel within the allowed time frame and the club accepts cancellations, you will be automatically refunded in full to your bank account within 5 to 10 days. || If you miss the deadline, cancellation will not be possible and no refund will be issued.

Important: Cancellation conditions are set by the clubs.

Last-minute cancellations often cause significant losses for clubs, as courts cannot always be rebooked in time.

If you need to cancel, do it as early as possible.

❌ How to cancel a booking?

📱 On the app:

Open the app and go to the “Profile” tab.
Select “Matches”, then the booking you want to cancel.
Scroll down and click “Cancel Match” at the bottom of the page.

💻 On the website:

Go to “My Account” → “My Bookings”, then select the relevant booking.
Scroll down and click “Leave Match”.
