What are the cancellation conditions before the match ?

You booked a court but can’t make it?

Depending on the club’s rules, it may sometimes be possible to cancel a booking.

⚠️ Certain conditions must be respected so as not to penalize the club

Cancellation conditions vary by club: some bookings can be cancelled up to 2, 24, or 48 hours before the match. Other, stricter clubs do not allow any cancellations.

Last-minute cancellations often cause significant losses for clubs, as courts cannot always be rebooked in time.

If you need to cancel, do it as early as possible.

💰 Cancellations are not always refundable

If you cancel within the allowed time frame, you will be automatically refunded in full to your bank account within 5 to 10 days. || If you cannot cancel your booking via the app or website, it means that the club does not allow cancellations or you are past the deadline.

Example:

Tennis Club Buddy allows cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.

You booked a court at the club for 12:00 on 15/01.

Starting from 12:00 on 14/01, it will no longer be possible to cancel.

The club’s cancellation conditions are always shown in the summary before confirming your booking.

Important: Cancellation conditions are set by the clubs.

If a booking is marked as “non-cancellable” or if your request is past the deadline, Anybuddy will unfortunately not be able to process a refund.

🚫 It is not possible to change the time of a booking

To avoid confusion with the clubs, we do not allow booking modifications.

If you want to change your booking, you can cancel it and make a new one directly via the Anybuddy app or website!
