✋ Booking Rules

Reservations open 5 days in advance, at the exact time of the relevant slot (for example: Monday at 4:00 PM for a session on Saturday at 4:00 PM).

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the match.

💳 Pricing

Purchase and rental of equipment is only possible at Pavillon Raynal (kiosk located 100m away, next to the “jeu de longue paume” court):

• Purchase of Babolat ball tube: €10
• Adult Babolat racket rental: €7
• Children Babolat racket rental: €5

Hourly court rental: €18

Discounted hourly court rental is available. Discounted rate: €14

Applicable during off-peak hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

To benefit from this rate, you must meet the conditions below and send your proof to [support@anybuddyapp.com]() including your full name and the email used to register on Anybuddy.

Once your proof is validated by Anybuddy, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to access the discounted rates directly on the app.

Eligible beneficiaries and required proof:

Person with a disability

→ Photo of disability card or Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI)

RSA recipient

→ CAF certificate less than 3 months old showing RSA

Job seeker

→ France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) certificate or status notice less than 3 months old

Student

→ Valid enrollment certificate

→ Photo of student ID

☁️ Weather Policy

1. Cancellation due to adverse weather:

• If the courts are unplayable due to rain or dangerous conditions (humidity, strong wind, thunderstorm...), the booking can be cancelled by the club and the player refunded in their Anybuddy wallet (credit valid for 1 year and only usable in the Luxembourg Gardens).
• Anybuddy can cancel the upcoming match up to 0 minutes before the scheduled time.

2. Who decides if the court is unplayable?

• The on-site team decides whether the courts are playable and therefore whether to cancel reservations.
• For any cancellation requests due to weather or to check court conditions before booking, contact the on-site staff at 0612148970.

3. Policy in case of rain during the match:

• Full refund if you play less than 30 minutes.
• No refund if you play more than 30 minutes.

🚨 Player Cancellation or Absence

• If a player cancels their reservation at least 24 hours in advance, they will be fully refunded.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before, no refund will be issued, but it will not count as an absence: the player will avoid suspension.
• In case of no-show, a 7-day suspension will be automatically applied.
• In case of repeat offense within 7 days following the end of this suspension, a 1-month suspension will be imposed.

These rules are in place to allow the largest number of people to enjoy this space and to prevent abuse from unhonored bookings.

⛔ All these rules are automated: it is therefore unnecessary to contact on-site staff, as they cannot modify your booking status.

❌ Lessons and Instruction

The Luxembourg Gardens courts are exclusively reserved for individual free play.

Users are prohibited from using the courts for other purposes, including teaching.

It is strictly forbidden to organize or give tennis lessons, or any form of paid instruction or in-kind exchange.

This prohibition applies to all adults and minors.

Any violation will result in:

• Immediate cancellation of the concerned reservations,
• Temporary or permanent suspension of access to the facilities,
• And, if applicable, legal action for damages incurred by the operator.

Anybuddy reserves the right to conduct spot checks and demand explanations in case of suspicious behavior resembling unauthorized teaching activity.

Violation of this rule leads to immediate permanent exclusion.

✅ Booking Conditions

Bookings can only be made online via the Anybuddy app or website anybuddyapp.com

The organizer must share the booking link with their playing partners.

All participants must be registered on Anybuddy and must join the booking via the link shared by the organizer.

Maximum 4 players per court.

Playing for more than one hour per day is prohibited.

Reselling or transferring reserved slots is forbidden.

Respect booking slots without exceeding them.

Players under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

🔓 Court Access Conditions

Report to the reception before your match at Pavillon Raynal (kiosk located 100m away, next to the “jeu de longue paume” court) to announce your name, present an official ID, and obtain your court number.

All participants must be registered for the booking and report to Pavillon Raynal before accessing the court.

These conditions are a Senate requirement. Failure to comply may result in denial of court access.

🤝 On-Court Rules

Players under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Proper attire required, respect for good conduct and tranquility of other users.

No smoking, alcohol, glass objects, bicycles, or animals on courts or in locker rooms.

🧐 User Responsibility and Insurance

Players are personally responsible for any bodily or material damage they may suffer while playing on the courts or in locker rooms, as well as for damage caused to third parties.

They are also responsible for any damage they may cause to spaces or equipment provided, costs of which will be charged to them.

It is the users’ responsibility to maintain all necessary personal insurance coverage for their activity.
